Close Fit
The C-shaped curve elastic gusset design allows deformation under force and recovers when loosened, always remaining in close contact with the skin, significantly reducing the risk of urine leakage.

The low and sloping design at the top of the collecting cavity reduces urine accumulation; the film-type anti-backflow structure prevents liquid reflux and upward surging.

The upper positioning of the buckle design converts the tension of the waistband into a downward force, making the gusset fit the skin more closely.

The rolled-down excretion opening (anti-fold piece + Velcro) can be used multiple times without leakage; the active exhaust valve allows for regular exhaust, avoiding leakage caused by bag expansion and compression.

With the “anti-tear film + Velcro” design, it is easy to operate and provides a more hygienic discharge; the structure can be reused and is sturdy without any leakage. - Active Exhaust Valve

The top is only about 5mm thick and has a sloping structure, effectively preventing urine from accumulating and reducing the probability of leakage, keeping the bag clean and dry. - Positioning of Upper Part Design
The positioning of the fixed press plate has been changed from the lower part to the upper part, converting the belt tension into a downward force, which further enhances the stability of the adhesion between the edge press and the skin. - Film-type Anti-Backflow Design
Built-in anti-reflux film, which can prevent urine from flowing back; even if the urine bag is squeezed, there will be no liquid surging upwards.

C-shaped curve elastic edge design
The R&D team of Zodelo conducted numerous tests and finally chose the C-shaped curve edge design. This structure can deform when under force, ensuring close contact with the skin while also being very comfortable; when the patient’s skin separates from the edge due to an unexpected situation, the edge can quickly rebound to maintain contact with the skin, thus preventing urine leakage.
Roll-up Defecation Port Design
This is achieved through a combination of anti-fold pieces and Velcro fasteners. Users simply need to fold the anti-fold pieces upwards several times and attach the Velcro together. This structure can be reused repeatedly without any leakage.
Exhaust Valve Design
The design features active exhaust function. Users can freely release the gas as per their needs, avoiding leakage caused by the bag being compressed.

Zodelo has made multiple optimizations to the top of the collection chamber. The top height is only about 5mm, and it is designed with a slope. Urine is less likely to accumulate at the top of the collection chamber, thus reducing the possibility of urine leakage.
Upper-mounted positioning design
The Zodelo R&D team has also made improvements to the positioning mechanism of the fixed pressure plate. The positioning mechanism of the fixed pressure plate has been changed from the lower part of the urine collection cavity to the upper part. This design enables the urine collection cavity to generate a greater downward force when subjected to the tension of the belt, ensuring a closer contact between the pressure edge of the urine collection cavity and the skin.
Film-type anti-reflux design
The Zodelo urine collection bag adopts a film-type anti-reflux design, which effectively prevents urine from flowing back. When the urine bag is squeezed, it will not cause the urine to overflow upwards.
