Who is Zodelo Ostomy ?
In 2007, Suzhou Kangyouwei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. We are a high-end medical device manufacturer integrating R&D, production, sales and service, specializing in system solutions for ostomy care products. Our brand, Zodelo, is dedicated to providing a scientific, comfortable and safe care experience for ostomates around the world.
We have an interdisciplinary R&D team consisting of medical device experts, nursing professionals and engineers to continuously promote the technological innovation and optimization of product usage experience. At the same time, we have a dust-free purification workshop in accordance with GMP standards, and implement ISO 13485 quality management system in the whole process to ensure that each product meets the international high standard requirements in terms of safety, sealing, comfort and other key indicators.

Visit the production process of ostomy products
In line with our commitment to transparency, we welcome you to visit our world-renowned factory below. Here, we manufacture our entire range of Ostomy products in-house.
Screening and Testing of Raw Materials
Select polymer membrane, medical nonwoven fabric, medical glue and other raw materials that meet the medical grade standard. Strict physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility tests are also conducted.
Core component processing
High-precision die-cutting, molding and welding of key parts, such as sump, drainage port, filter membrane, etc., to ensure the sealing and safety of use.
Product assembly
Automated or semi-automated assembly of bag body, sump, filtration device and other components to ensure fit and batch consistency.
Sealing and fit testing
Verify the product’s leakage resistance and user wearing stability by means of airtightness test and negative pressure test.
Sterilization and Aseptic Packaging
The finished product enters the 100,000-grade dust-free workshop, undergoes ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization treatment, and is packed in independent aseptic packaging, which meets the standards for export and clinical use.
Quality inspection and shipment
Each batch of products has to pass a number of tests such as appearance, structural integrity, physical properties, etc. before shipment.
